In addition, the elongation ratio of the capsule during the vulcanization process is an important parameter. The elongation ratio of diagonal tires is generally between 1.6 and 1.85, while that of radial tires is between 1.10 and 1.15.The design of tire curing bladders also includes specific exhaust channels and patterns, which have a significant impact on the vulcanization quality of the tire.
