The tire curing bladder should be parked for a period of time before use. Radial and diagonal tire bladders should be stored for at least 20 days from the date of manufacture before use, and engineering tire bladders should be stored for no less than 40 days. The effective trial period of the bladder is eighteen months after the end of the parking period. bladders should be stored in the tire drying room for preheating and restored to their original state as soon as possible before use and installation. When the bladder clamping edge is too tight, the stress should be evenly distributed and stretched. When tightening the screws, they should be tightened in the order of symmetrical points. When checking the airtightness of the bladder, it should not expand or deform too much to prevent excessive stretching. Before shaping and vulcanizing, a water-soluble isolation and protective agent that is resistant to oxidation and smooth should be applied according to the process requirements (combined with the use of new technology to spray the tire lining for better effect), in order to improve its service life.
