The tire curing bladder is the main component of the dual-mode vulcanization machine, used for shaping, pressurizing, and conducting heat of the tire embryo during vulcanization of diagonal and radial tires.Tire curing bladders are pure Rubber Products in the shape of barrels or oranges, which can be produced by molding or injection. The traditional production method for tire curing bladders is the molding method, which is the capsule vulcanization machine molding method. Injection method can also be used for production. The production process of rubber injection method involves feeding pre prepared rubber strips into a cold feeding extruder driven by a hydraulic motor, plasticizing them and squeezing them into the injection barrel. After reaching the pre-set rubber capacity, the extruder stops feeding. The rubber in the injection barrel is injected into the mold cavity under the strong driving force of the injection plunger, and the rubber in the mold cavity is vulcanized and taken out to form the finished product.
