Our tire curing bladders are all injection vulcanized.This is because the upper and lower molds of the bladder are tightly locked during injection, and the molding method drives the rubber material to fill every corner of the mold cavity under the condition of gradually compressing the upper and lower molds, so there will inevitably be a considerable amount of rubber material overflowing from the parting surface. The injection method can strictly inject an equal amount of adhesive according to the volume of the mold cavity, while the molding method, in order to prevent insufficient filling of the mold and defects such as missing adhesive and visible scars at the toe opening, the only way is to increase the amount of adhesive filling, which will inevitably lead to excess adhesive overflowing the mold.
